Café-Cardio Intervals / Body Blast – Intervals class of cardio choreography & toning, using light weights and punchy music. Increase endurance and overall strength, and walk out feeling like you’ve been tricked into building up a good sweat. (Why café? We go out for coffee after class!)
Body Sculpt (total body conditioning) – A toning class that uses light weights and mat work to develop strength and flexibility in the major muscle groups. Pilates principles applied. You will leave feeling strong, stretched, and inspired.
Pilates Mat – Strengthen and lengthen the core muscles to develop a tall, open posture and balanced muscle development. This is a classic Pilates approach, at a basic to intermediate level, adapted to the participants. Mind, body, muscle, balance - good combo.
Pilates Sculpt – Using Pilates principles and moves, you will use light hand weights to engage with more resistance. You'll increase the effectiveness of the typical Pilates workout, tone up your arms and upper back, and walk away feeling strong and tall.
12€ per class on Zoom;
At the ACP: 15€ per class à la carte, or 120€ for 10-class card
